At the time of your eye exam at Mead EyeCare & EyeWear, please identify yourself as a teacher.  You will receive a packet of information and useful items for your classroom.  Be sure to fill out a form to be placed in a drawing.  Prizes will be personalized to the teacher's requests.

Teachers who had their eyes examined were eligible to fill out an entry form for a drawing.  They listed 1st & 2nd choices as to what they wished to have for their classroom.  We tried to give all the winners their first choice.      Pictures
