Our opticians have a combined total of 92 years of experience taking care of your eyeglass and contact lens needs.  After your exam,  we help you schedule your next annual exam, help you meet your visual needs that you and the doctor have discussed, provide education on new products which may enhance your vision, and answer any further questions you may have.  After your eyeglasses have been returned to us from our partner lab, we check them in to make sure they meet our finishing standards, notify you that the eyeglasses have arrived, and custom fit them to your face when you arrive for your fitting.   First time contact lens wearers will also meed with  Linda to be trained on how to properly wear and care for your contact lenses.

Records Specialist

Several days prior to your exam, I prepare your file.  Your insurance may need to be authorized and accompanying forms completed.  The electronic record is checked for correctness of or missing personal information and  any notes for the upcoming visit that the opticians or Doctors should be aware of.  I also check the appointment schedule at least 4-6 weeks ahead so appointment notification post cards can be sent (if you don't have an e mail address on file).  I often work with the receptionists to make sure that our office is ready for every appointment on the schedule.

Practice Manager
