Our receptionists welcome patients upon arrival and check in patients that are scheduled for exams. They direct the patient flow, finding the correct staff to help with your needs, and schedule or reschedule appointments through incoming phone calls. Verifying insurance and preparing files for the next days patients plays a major role in their day-to-day activities. Optometric assistants complete pre-testing and assist the doctors through the exam process.
Our opticians take care of your eyeglass and contact lens needs. After your exam, they help you schedule your annual exam, meet your visual needs, provide education on new products to enhance your vision, and answer any further questions you may have.
Deborah manages the practice, is a resource for the staff, works with vendors, assists the doctors and works on the floor as needed.
